Questions
Why per-patient and not per-seat?
Because the value is the patient record. Everything the platform holds — history, progress, protocols, outcomes, and the knowledge attached to each case — is scoped per patient, so that's the unit you pay for. Read-only engine access (conditions, compounds, protocols) never costs extra; you're only billed for patients you actively manage.
What counts as an active patient?
A patient becomes billable once they have an active protocol. Prospects, archived, or discharged patients don't count. Your bill tracks your live panel — it rises as you take on cases and falls when you discharge them, prorated.
Is this telling me what to prescribe?
No. Pepacorn is decision-support. It shows you what the evidence, patients, and your peers are doing — with cautions applied. You make every clinical decision and you prescribe through your own channel.
Is it only peptides?
No. The library covers peptides plus the Rx, hormones, and supplements real protocols use, all graded and checked the same way.
Do I need patient data to try it?
No. The intelligence engine works with zero PHI. Add patients only when you're ready to track outcomes.
How do you handle compounding legality?
Every agent carries a live 503A legal status. The FDA bulks list is actively changing (a PCAC review covered BPC-157, KPV, TB-500, MOTS-c). Delisted or non-compoundable agents are gated out of prescribable protocols automatically.
Where does the community and peer data come from?
Community signal is structured from patient forums with corroboration counts and sentiment. Peer outcomes are de-identified, aggregated contributions from clinicians on the platform — shown only above minimum thresholds, never as raw records.
Is it HIPAA compliant?
The platform is built HIPAA-grade — encryption, access controls, audit logging, per-org isolation. Group plans include a signed BAA and security review.
